Woolworths ‘misleads’ customers with phone app petrol prices as Costco price war continues

[1] Woolworths’ phone app deceived people by failing to advertise the cheapest petrol of Majura Park service station’s price-matching with the nearby Costco Petrol.

[2] Steve Horswell who is a motorist uses the app and noticed the phone app’s inaccurate information which urged him to complain to Woolworths.

[3] Woolworths’ spokesman said the price discrepancy was an error and they were handling the matter urgently.
