Vocus Communications to buy Amcom

[1] Data centre and telecommunications provider Vocus is set to buy Amcom, an Australian based Telecommunications Company in a $635 million deal.

[2] The deal will create a merged unit that is estimated to be worth a total $1.2 billion.

[3] The merger between Vocus and Amcom would create Australia’s third-largest provider of corporate and office telecommunications, after Telstra and Optus.
