Montech Holdings acquires Breeze and Technology Effect

[1] Two Australian Cloud companies, Breeze and Technology, have been acquired by Montech Holdings (ASX:MOQ).    

[2] Montech will benefit from platforms to grow its Cloud managed services business, and also come up with products on the Microsoft Azure platform.

[3] Breeze and Technology Effect were the best candidates for Montech as they are Australia’s leading Microsoft Azure partners.
