Optus scoops Suncorp ICT deal

[1] Optus, second largest telecommunications company in Australia, has entered into a seven year ICT deal with Suncorp Group.

[2] In the deal, Optus will manage Suncorp’s ICT services, including contact centre, data networks, voice and international services.

[3] The transition will take two years and will see Suncorp gain critical flexibility to focus on customer experience initiatives and drive business growth strategy.
