National Australian Bank’s redesigned mobile site produces better results  

[1] The National Australian Bank (NAB) has realized millions of dollars worth of business from its newly redesigned nab.com.au mobile banking site.

[2] The redesigning has seen NAB experience a 247 per cent increase in new product origination, with the most notable change being the addition of “add new accounts” button.

[3] The agility has been brought about by Adobe’s marketing cloud solution that has brought small but agile customer-centric changes with visible results for the bank.
