[1] The Australian government’s e-government portal is easier to use for most citizens, but a new user feedback report faults its overall design.

[2] The report shows that 63 percent like it because of its ease of use and access, while 30 percent disliked its design and layout.

[3] The feedback will mean that the team working on the websites will need to improve the design and layout on a continuous basis.
