 [1] The Australian Crime Commission has admitted that Data sovereignty is one of the main hindrances to achieve a one data platform in shared cloud system. .

[2] The main challenge is the fact that third party servers for cloud are often located in a different country, and therefore, jurisdiction problems arise when requesting for data.

[3] The agency recognized the importance of cloud data storage, but stressed that it doesn’t work for them as most of its resources are people.
