Australian University Pioneers DVD with 1,000 TB capacity

[1] A group of engineers from Australia’s Swinburne University has devised a single DVD that allows users to store up to 1,000 Terabytes of data or 40,000 HD movies.

[2] This new innovation seeks to solve the storage capacity challenge with Australian Optical storage devices like CD, DVD, and Blue-ray’s.

[3] UK’s University of Southampton has also developed another cutting-edge type of DVD which is anticipated to last 13.8 billion years.
