GE buys Aussie startup Daintree Networks for $100 million

[1] GE subsidiary Today Current has obtained Australian startup Daintree Networks for $100 million.

[2] Daintree is a great match for GE because it offers commercial facilities with green energy solutions  through internet building controls.

[3] The startup is Australia founded which boasts of its Australian-engineered products and has employees both in Australia and in Silicon Valley.
