[1] On International Women’s Day, The Sydney Morning Herald created a list of Australia’s most influential females.
[2] The women on SMH’s list were nominated by their panellists like Small Business Minister and Assistant Treasurer Kelly O’Dwyer, incoming Small Business Ombudsman Kate Carnell, chief executive of the Council of Small Business of Australia Peter Strong and the founder of the Grace Papers, Prue Gilbert.
[3] Some of those who made it to the list are Enabled Employment’s founder Jessica May; Emma & Tom’s co-founder Emma Welsh; Billie Goat Soap’s founder and mental health advocate Leanne Faulkner; Boost Juice’s founder Janine Allis.
