Two-year-old Australian startup, MyWave, launches in the US

[1] Two-year old Melbourne tech startup, MyWave, commenced in the US at the Opus Intelligent Assistant Conference in New York City.

[2] Founded by former SAP Australia and SAP North America CEO, Geraldine McBride, MyWave is recognized as the only Intelligent Assistant which protects user information.

[3] McBride says the current Customer Relationship Management (CRM) approach utilized by most businesses and Intelligent Assistant companies is out of date.
