[1] Perth-based Rich Lister Zhenya Tsvetnenko founded two companies but he decided to step down from his positions after he was charged by US authorities.

[2] He gave up positions like chairman of digital currency firm DigitalX and as non-executive director of online marketing firm Mpire Media on Monday.

[3] Tsventnenko was charged for his alleged involvement in a fraudulent text messaging scheme costing millions of dollars.
