[1] To help ensure that election results are announced just minutes after polling booths are closed, a group of Perth entrepreneurs is creating a voting system dubbed as Veri.vote.

[2] Election issues since 2014 have prompted Veri.vote CEO Adrian Petersen and four friends to investigate the technology.

[3] The team is hoping to use technology and the blockchain to exchange a 150 year old voting system with a more undisguised, accurate and efficient process.
