[1] On Wednesday, federal Health Minister Sussan Ley announced that two new trials of the unsuccessful, electronic health record was relaunched as “My Health Record”.

[2] The trials will kick off early next year in North Queensland and the Blue Mountains in New South Wales in a couple of weeks.

[3] This time round, patients who have been part of the trials can opt out of the new system if they don’t want their data to be shared.
