[1] Based on a recently released report from the Intellectual Property Awareness Foundation (IPAF), illegal movie downloads in Australia has declined.
[2] The IPAF report shows that one of the reasons of the decline in piracy of movies and TV programs is linked with an increased availability of legal alternatives.
[3] Furthermore, IPAF executive director Lori Flekser, contends that companies providing new video on demand (VoD) services, like Netflix, are also part of the reasons for the decline in piracy.
