[1] PledgeMe founder Anna Guenther believes easing up on Australia’s regulations on equity crowdfunding would bring various benefits towards the startup community.

[2] New-Zealand based crowdfunding platform, PledgeMe, has introduced their legal framework and equity-based crowdfunding regulations last year.

[3] Guenther is also anticipating on launching their platform in Australia.
