Australia still lagging in innovation and competitiveness: Report

[1] Released yesterday, the WEF’s Global Competitiveness Report 2015-16 portrays how Australia has improved in its competitiveness rankings from the past few years.

[2] Australia now boasts its 21st ranking, however, it’s still lagging in innovation compared to highly advanced economies.

[3] The report recommends that countries can provide solutions towards global growth and unemployment issues by prioritizing the improvement of productivity to address global growth and unemployment issues.
