Vocus and M2 to merge into Australia’s fourth largest communications company

[1] Vocus and M2 want to merge into a single, $3 billion, corporate and business telco that would form Australia’s fourth largest vertically integrated communications company.

[2] This follows the unanimous support by boards of both companies to give M2 shareholders 1.625 Vocus shares for each M2 security they own to form one of Australia’s 100 biggest companies.
