[1] Virtualisation company, Citrix, has launched an interactive mobile customer support through the expansion of its GoToAssist product line that enables real-time interactions between end-users and customer service support.
[2] Its two new products, Citrix Concierge and GoToAssist Seeit, allows end-users to connect with customer service using a mobile app via live video, audio or chat.
[3] It also allows customer service support to co-browse the mobile app to better understand what the end-user can see.
