[1] David Bakker, a clinical psychology student at Monash University in Melbourne, has created an app that gamifies mental wellbeing and even urges people to take on positive simple tasks.
[2] Through a quick survey, MoodMission will learn how a user is feeling and then provide suggestions on improving the user’s mental health.
[3] According to Bakker, his app is based on cognitive-behavioural therapy and research-proven activities aimed at having a great impact on mental health.
