Australian startup Psykinetic builds thought-controlled wheelchair

[1] Australian startup Psykinetic has built a thought-controlled wheelchair for people afflicted with high-level disability such as locked-in syndrome.

[2] The team has earned a grant funding for building the prototype, but the startup’s founder Jordan Nguyen also gets funding from his pocket.

[3] Nguyen’s initial plan was focused on putting up Psykinetic as a charity but these plans changed when a board member left for Silicon Valley.
