Term limits: Don’t call it “crowd-sourced equity funding”

[1] The Australian government has recently published a consultation paper asking for reviews of the proposed scheme for “crowd-sourced equity funding” (CSEF).

[2] CSEF is currently in the draft stages and may be confusing to companies and investors.

[3] This is why there is a need for Australia to adopt the globally recognized term, “Equity Crowdfunding”.
