[1] People worried about gaining weight could soon use a new technology to get simple daily text message on their mobile phones or a weekly email to help them get rid cut weight.
[2] This follow the development by researchers at the University of Sydney’s Charles Perkins Centre of world-first mobile phone intervention program – TXT2BFiT – for young people at risk of obesity.
[3] The program uses a mobile phone app, text messages, emails, diet resources and personalised coaching calls to assist people in the fight to reduce their weight.
