Whizz cleans up with $2 million to fund national expansion

[1] Whizz, a cleaning services app, has secured $2 million funding from investors for its expansion, just six months after it was launched in Sydney.

[2] Whizz is currently available only in the Sydney market and is looking for a national expansion in the coming months – with the first market scheduled to open in Melbourne in November.

[3] The five high net worth Australian investors include Simon Rothery (Goldman Sachs), Alex Waislitz (Thorney Investment Group), Tom Krulis (Godfreys), Allen Linz (Property Developer) and Tony Gandel (Melbourne’s Gandel family).
