[1] SpeedCast International, a global satellite telecommunications service provider, has acquired the assets of the teleport and satellite services business of NewSat (ASX:NWT) from its receivers.
[2] Under the deal, the assets acquired include the land and buildings at NewSat’s teleport facilities in
and the associated plant and equipment.
[3] SpeedCast will also acquire most of the customer and supplier contracts that include a reseller network, blue chip enterprise customers and government customers.
