Facebook exec joins start-up as it readies for ASX

[1] High profile innovator and Facebook executive Nik Adagy has joined the board of start-up that set to list on the ASX, Whole New Home.

[2] Whole New Home is an online platform for home renovations that connects homeowners with designers.

[3] The company has almost completed a reverse takeover of resources firm Magnolia and planning to undertake a $5 million equity capital raising priced at 20c a share.
