[1] Sydney-based startup AirLinc has created a smartphone-based audio recording system which will get rid of high-priced wireless microphones.

[2] Chief executive Ben Thorn says AirLinc is an app for videographers that uses two iPhones in a setup that’s just like that of a wireless microphone.

[3 Thorn also revealed that the audio quality generated through the app is comparable to what you’ll get with a wireless setup.
