[1] A serious weaknesses in a mobile browser used by hundreds of millions worldwide has been exploited by the Australia’s electronic espionage agency.
[2] The Australian Signals Directorate (ASD) and its intelligence partners have noted a plan to hack into smartphones through data links to the Google and Samsung app stores.
[3] The flaw was first leaked in 2012 by former intelligence contractor Edward Snowden, and since then, ASD has been trying to exploit the UC Browser for security gaps.
