[2] The social media study undertaken by Sensis showed many Australian small businesses are missing out because they either have no, or very little, presence on social media.
[3] The survey carried out on 800 Australian consumers and 1,100 Australian businesses indicated that just 33% of businesses have a social media presence compared with 68% of consumers.
