Electronic payments ‘critical’ but businesses ready to shop around

[1] A new HCL Technologies commissioned survey by Roy Morgan Research has found that almost a third of Australian businesses say electronic (non-card) payments are critical to them.

[2] The survey of 20,000 Australian executives found that 45% of Australians accept electronic payments from their customers via digital wallets, PayPal or similar methods.

[3] Of these, 64% find electronic payments as extremely critical or very critical to their businesses.
