Australian startup wins an award for its augmented reality soundscapes

[1] Augmented reality app known as Arboterum is one of the winners of NICTA’s Digital Canberra Challenge.

[2] The app was developed by APositive and shares the $12,500 cash prize another challenge winner, Digital Link.

[3] According to APositive’s chief executive, Amber Standley, the app records your location in the National Arboretum and at the same time, plays wild sounds of nearby trees.
