[1] The latest MYOB Business Monitor has shown that Australia’s SMEs are getting more frustrated with poor internet speeds and higher costs, preventing them from achieving the full potential of the cloud.
[2] The survey, involving more than 1000 SME owners, also showed a generation gap between Gen Y business owners and baby boomers in using business tools like video conferencing and instant messaging.
[3] It showed that 24 per cent of businesses surveyed are dissatisfied with the speed of their internet connection and 23 per cent are unhappy with the cost.
