[1] Telstra has announced that it is doubling its free Wi-Fi trial hotspots across Australia including regional areas, adding more than 1500 new hotspots to the 1000 hotspots already online.
[2] Telstra expects to have 8000 hotspots installed across Australia and more 2 million hotspots over the next 5 years across Australia.
[3] The hotspots will go live thanks to new Telstra routers which share part of a home or business Wi-Fi network with the public through a securely separated Wi-Fi network.
