ShoreTel set to unify its on-premise and Cloud platforms

[1] ShoreTel, a unified business communications solutions vendor, will be merging its on-premise and Cloud platforms to get the channel more involved in Cloud services.

[2] ShoreTel A/NZ managing director, Jamie Romanin, said that they have created a hybrid Cloud platform that will provide its local partners with an improved user interface and more features.

[3] The platform will enable partners to easily transition to the Cloud and ShoreTel will soon start an international beta program to test a range of scenarios and new features.
