Telstra CIO promises to be a new breed of tech leader

[1] Telstra’s new technology chief, Erez Yarkoni, has promised to lead the company to greater heights.

[2] Unlike past CIO’s, Mr. Yarkoni stressed that he will assure that Telstra will benefit from the changes of their customers’ needs and of the “Internet of Things”.

[3] He also confirmed that the company has clinched a new deal with IBM, enabling them to resell the company’s SoftLayer infrastructure-as-a-service cloud-computing platform.
