Telstra unveils ambitious timetable for rollout of VoLTE, 5G

[1] Australian giant telco has announced its timetable for the roll out of its 5G VoLTE in Australia.

[2] The company will begin foundational 5G work with Ericsson ahead of the planned commercial network launch in the year 2020.

[3] 5G promises to offer the same wireless megabit-a-second speeds as fiber cable, and would offer fast broadband over wireless and in-built video calling.
