Dallas Buyers Club, iiNet lock horns in piracy duel

[1] Dallas Buyers Club has locked horns with iiNet and other internet providers in a case that will test the internet data privacy regulations.

[2] Dallas Buyers Club has filed a case in Sydney Federal Court to demand internet providers provide confidential data of persons thought of having breached peer-to-peer file sharing terms.

[3] This first case of its kind in Australia has been strongly opposed by internet providers, including iiNet, Internode and Dodo Service.
