ISP minors threatened by ‘half-baked’ metadata law

[1] The proposed new metadata laws has been viewed in the industry  as “half baked”, putting many small internet service providers at risk of collapse.

[2] With the government supporting its new metadata legislation, many Australian telcos have raised a red flag cautioning against the current form of the legislation.

[3] The Communications Alliance has come out strongly to demand that the government provide costing details of the new scheme before being debated in parliament.
