[1] The Australian Bureau of Statistics’ (ABS) labor force survey is being organized through an outdated computer code.

[2] According to the ABS’ new chief statistician David Kalisch, the organization’s usage of outdated computer codes and infrastructure affects data and its delivery in government service provision systems.

[3] In addition, Mr. Kalisch confirmed that they’re eager to create more convenient and efficient ways of gathering data rather than letting users fill out questionnaires.
