NBN “augmentation phase” nightmare: Cables connected for 18 months, but still no high-speed internet

[1] Cables and equipment have already been installed in their apartments but MDU residents confirmed they haven’t gotten any high-speed internet.

[2] According to Private Media, NBN has apologized to some MDU residents over the inconvenience and the lack of information.

[3] NBN still needs to augment and expand their network in order to provide the necessary services for MDU residents.
