Why the Weather Bureau’s new supercomputer is a ‘gamechanger’

[1] Soon, Australians could have precise weather forecasts right from their mobile gadgets due to the combo power of a new supercomputer, next-generation forecasting and warning system upgraded by BoM.

[2] BoM has developed their IT information for many years in order to have a next-generation weather forecasting system.

[3] The system was developed by US National Weather Service and based on the graphical forecast editor (GFE) bespoke system.
