Stuck in a blackspot: Melbournians fight for the right to broadband

[1] While Melbourne’s eastern parts already have their national broadband network installed, Narre Warren South’s residents are experiencing an internet blackspot.

[2] Residents and businesses are dependent on 3G mobile internet and at the same time they’re closely watching their web time to ensure they don’t incur high costs.

[3] Telstra has already been urged to encompass ADSL to Narre Warren South; however a Telstra spokesman confirmed that it wasn’t possible to do that for now.
