Disclosure platform with social network feel to launch in Australia

[1] John Daly, a former broker and fund manager, developed a new platform that enables companies to create profiles and at the same time can be followed by investors.

[2] Known as Listcorp, various companies’ profiles includes information like financial, operational and governance information, upcoming events and a contact option as well.

[3] Australian companies who wish to avail these services can pay a subscription fee of around AU$4,000.
