New online tool ACORN allows Australians to report cybercrime in real time

[1] Australian Cybercrime Online Reporting Network launched a new online tool for victims of cybercrime.

[2] ACORN will give their compiled pictures to the police to better understand the various types of cybercrimes affecting individuals and businesses.

[3] The ACORN project involved all Australian police forces as well as the CrimTrac, Australian Crime Commission and the Attorney-General’s Department.
