[1] Telstra has signed a planning and design deal with NBN Co at a cost of $390 million to provide the critical planning and design services for the national broadband network for the next four years.
[2] The deal between Telstra and NBN Co comes after renegotiated agreements that saw Telstra handing over its copper and HFC networks to NBN Co.
[3] In the deal, Telstra will plan and design the rollout of the various technologies that include fibre-to-the-basement, fibre-to-the-premise, fibre-to-the-node and HFC.
