[1] It has been revealed that Colin Freshwater, an Australian oil and gas worker, has struggled for two years to reclaim his $5000 roaming charges from his past telco, the Planet ISP.
[2] His mobile phone was lost in August 2012 during a work trip to Cape Town, South Africa, and he immediately contacted his Australian provider to block his number.
[3] Mr. Freshwater sought help from TIO and referred the issue to communications regulator, the Australian Communications and Media Authority, but his problem was not resolve yet until now.
