[1] A new method of testing software development has been adopted by the National Australian Bank (NAB), shunning the obsolete effort-based model.
[2] The new approach has been made possible by a partnership with the provider Infosys, and aims to cut down on wastes and costs by up to 40 percent over three years.
[3] NAB decided to use the Infosys’ own internal testing platform in order to build a “testing unit estimation model” that will be instrumental in managing the bank’s own testing services.
