The government is funding new phone towers in regional black spots

[1] Today, Abbott government is making a bid to Telstra, Vodafone and Optus to build phone towers at coverage black spots.

[2] Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Communications said that the government funding is worth $100 million with a leverage of additional $100 million.

[3] The construction of the new phone towers is a part of Black Spot Program that aims to provide coverage to about 6000 locations by next year.
