ASE to deliver Docker apps in a deal with Volt Grid

[1] ASE, an Australian leading Cloud Computing specialist, has entered in to a deal with Sydney-based cloud firm Volt Grid to deliver docker apps.

[2] In the deal, ASE will move a number of clients to the new containerized “Docker” platform powered by Volt Grid from traditional web and Linux hosted applications.

[3] Docker is viewed as the next generation virtualization platform that packages applications into containers, making them more available, scalable and cost effective for customers.
