More than a billion dollars a week in lost data

[1] A new major global survey has revealed that Australian businesses lose over $65 billion a year from down times and data losses.

[2] The annual global Data Protection Index report prepared by Storage vendor EMC has specifically noted this huge loss in Australia.

[3] The index indicated that 78% of Australian IT professionals are unable to recover information in case of an eventuality, while 58% of Australian companies lack a disaster recovery plan.
